PLEASE PARENTS

  • 1. The school authorities expect co-operation of the parents/guardians in maintaining regularity, discipline punctuality, politeness, cleanliness and study habits in the children.
  • 2. Parents should look out for their wards’ daily homework and see whether the assigned homework is satisfactorily completed or not. Parents shall deliberately create a study environment for children at home.
  • 3. Visits are welcome. All dealing with the teachers and students shall be conducted through the sanction of the Principal/Manager only.
  • 4. Vehicles shall not be parked in front of the school gate
  • 5. Communicate promptly the reasons for your child’s absence or leave. For this purpose, you must use Regularity Record given in the Hand Book.
  • 6. Answer books of annual examinations will be shown only on the paper showing the day and time.
  • 7. Progress Report/Results will be given only to the parents.
  • 8. Examination and tests enable parents to evaluate the progress of their wards and pay due attention to their studies at home accordingly. It is a must for the follow-up of school inputs; considering the scholastic and non-scholastic performances of the child.
  • 9. If a student does not have 75% of attendance for a year, he/she may not be permitted to appear for the annual examination.
  • 10. It is compulsory to attend parents’ and teachers’ meeting and other school events when it is held. It is only with the support and the Co-operation of the parents that the school can promote all-around development of the pupils.
  • 11. A student who fails twice in the same class will be asked to discontinue school.
  • 12. A student who takes or gives dishonest help at an examination will be debarred from the rest of the examination and promotion, and such students may even be dismissed from the school.
  • 13. The issue of T.C. implies that all the dues to and from the school are completely cleared. No claim of dues from the school or refund will be considered one month after issuing the Transfer Certificate.
