Christ Jyoti School was established at Niwari, Tikamgarh Dt. M.P in the year 2000 Satna Diocesan Society had began a Catholic Ashram named St. Antony’s Church and an institution of mentally retarded children by the interest of Mar Abraham D. Mattam under the guidance of Rev. Fr. Jose Panamattathil in collaboration with sisters of the congregation of preshitaram. The founder patron of this institution is his Excellency Mar Mathew Vaniam Kizhakel Bishop of Satna.
In the year 2005 there was a twist in the life of this institution on 5th July of the same year started a Kintergarden named Christ Jyoti School according to the pulse of the people and instead mentally retarded institution. Gradually it became a prestigious school of Niwari. The school relentlessly total head for the better formation and education of the children.
The moto of our school is “Lighten to enlighten” it means to dispel the darkness of ignorance from the minds of the pupil and to enkindle the with the light of knowledge love truth and self less service. For this purpose, we have been started a lot of programs in our service."
